Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All subscription plans include a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. Cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed.

2. Subscription Refunds

• Within 14 days of first charge: Full refund, no questions asked. This is your right under EU Consumer Law.
• Between 14 and 30 days: Considered case-by-case. Contact us — we will do our best to help.
• After 30 days: No refund for the current period. Cancel immediately to stop future charges.

3. One-Time Purchase Refunds

• Quick Reply (€5): Refundable within 14 days if the feature did not function as described.
• Rescue Pack (€19): Refundable within 14 days if fewer than 2 of your 5 coaching rounds were usable.
• VIP Week (€49): Partial or full refund available within 7 days if the service was not delivered as described.

4. Forgot to Cancel the Free Trial?

Contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund you in full. One-time courtesy, happily extended.

5. EU Consumer Rights

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first payment to cancel and receive a full refund for any reason.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Change of mind after 30 days
• Partial months upon cancellation (access continues to end of paid period)

7. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@flirtai-coach.netlify.app with your account email, product purchased, date of purchase, and a brief reason. We process all requests within 5 business days. Refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
